Spring is certainly an occasion for me!
The base card is white linen card stock.
The main piece is a water color done on water color paper using Art Impressions water color stamps and Distress markers.
This I applied to a green card stock strip and applied that to the base card.
To finsih I stamped the sentiment from Birch Press Designs using Adirodack oregano ink.
