This is when my brain is creating on a stay-cation....

I gathered my supplies to make cards for Stephen, my youngest, who adores Halloween. After playing with lots of images and stickers, actually found Zombie stickers that he will LOVE, I found I wanted to make a simple card with some stickers by Jolee.
This is my favorite ghost stamp, stamps by Judith. It could be funny or scary and I love it.
I stamped him onto a piece of white scrap paper and then cut him out using some very sharp scissors I bought this weekend at a super sale at Michael's. They are by Recollections. They are fine pointed, very sharp and have the black non-stick surface on them.
When I say cut him out I mean a negative image, leaving the paper around him intact so I could use him as a stencil.
Above you can also see my sticker of choice. I wanted the ghost to look like he was coming out of the pumpkin!
I placed the "stencil" onto a piece of black card stock and using a sponge finger, at least that's what I call them, and my Adirondack pigment white...
I carefully blotted the stencil. The effect is of a shaded ghost raising out of the pumpkin!

 Kewl, right!!!!!
How many images could you use as a stencil???
