This time, still using the Distress paint, I went in a circular motion around the image.

White and coral card stock
Distress paint picket fence
Distress ink (mustard seed, saltwater taffy, shabby shutters)
Time Holtz “French Garden” stamp set
Sentiment die (unknown company)
