A long time ago I learned to make birds from an ornament punch by Stampin’ Up.
The base card is black card stock.
The main panel is white card stock stamped with a sentiment from Verve Stamps.
Using the punch with card stock I made with black card stock and alcohol inks, I cut out the ornament and then sliced it in half to make the bird.
To finish I drew in the eyes with black permanent marker.
