The base card is cream card stock with brown flecks through it.
I made a background on water color paper with Distress inks.
I stamped it with an image from Tim Holtz “Cling Stamp - Mariner” (2015) and colored it with water coloring the image with Distress ink.
Next I stamped the sentiment from Paper Smooches “Sentiment Sampler” (2013).
This I trimmed and foam taped it to the base card.
