fishy, fishy, fishy…

A few extra layers to this card but just consider it artistic license!
The base card is two teal and one white card stocks.
The main panel is white card stock that I stamped with a rectangle of  very old Cut ‘N Dry, the back side, which I heated with a heat tool and immediately pressed inti Hero Arts “Bold Print Rings” then inked with Distress cracked pistachio, tumbled glass and peacock feathers.
From more white card stock I die cut the square frames with a die from MFT Die-namics “Square Shaker Window” and glued to the card front.
Using more left over card stocks I cut the waves using a die from Paper Smooches and glued them to the front.
To finish I die cut the fish from the same set and foam taped them to the card front.
