hoppy birthday...

Sometimes I just want a quick and simple card design.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the Lawn Fawn image from Stamping Village’s “Happy Birthday”.
With a post it not I made a mask for the grasshopper.
Using a piece of vellum and a die from Lawn Fawn’s “Simple Stitched Hillside Borders” I made a mask.
Using the top of the mask I sponged Distress Oxide mowed lawn ink along the bottom to make hills.
After attaching this to the card front I colored the grasshopper with Copic markers.
USing the bottom of the mask to cover the hills I sponged Distress Oxide faded jeans.
