The base card is white card stock.
The strips were made from white card stock stenciled with Distress chipped sapphire ink using the Tim Holtz “Burlap Stencil”.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the image from MFT Stamps “Seaside Seagulls” (one of my favorite sets) using MFT extreme black hybrid ink.
This I colored with Prismacolor pencils, Gamsol and artist stumps.
I die cut the gull with the coordinating die and foam taped it to the card front.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from the same set with the same ink.
Fabulous card Arlene - love the way you have used the sketch
