I found this challenge, well challenging!
The base card is white card stock with a layer of pre-cut card stock from Recollections.
The solid black textured card stock is die cut with MFT Die-namics “Pierced Rectangle STAX”.
I wrapped the orange ribbon around it before applying it to the base card.
The image (Bugaboo Stamps “Trick or Treat Feet”) was printed onto white card stock and colored with Chameleon pens then taped over the ribbon.
thus accomplishing my BINGO (Die/Punch, Bugaboo Image, Ribbon).
What a fun Halloween card, I love that image!
