When life throws you a curve...

Having had a couple weeks where life sent me many curves this was the perfect challenge to get involved with.

The base card is black card stock with a layer of red on top.
The main piece is white card stock and I stamped the Stampendous Ziggy image with StazOn jet black ink and colored it with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. Using a straight edge and my Micron 08 pen, I drew a horizon line.
The verse if from a Ranger Diane Wakely set called "Handwritten Sentiments" and I stamped it with the StazOn ink.

  1. This made me smile and there's some great techniques here. (I'm surprised how much difference the horizon line makes).

  2. Oh, this made me chuckle! Apart from the fab colouring and neat matting of the panel to the base card, I have to agree with Marina - that horizon line was a master stroke and really grounds the image. Love where and how you chose to place it, connecting the sentiment so masterfully with the image. So glad you could join us at CASology this week!
