Another Distress background but this time using blue and yellow inks.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of blue and a layer of yellow card stocks.
On the background piece I stamped the sentiment from Tim Holtz “Bold Sayings” using Distress chipped sapphire ink.
Once dry I used a white gel pen to apply lines and dots.
