This very old set from My Favorite Things Stamps is still one of my go to’s for Halloween cute!
The base card is white card stock with a panel of patterned paper from MFT “Creepy Confections” and a strip of black card stock.
The main image was stamped on white card stock with MFT extreme black ink and colored with Copic markers:

I die cut it out with the coordinating die and foam taped it to the card front.
So cute!!
