No pastels or bright colors for the tweens I know!
The base card is white card stock.
On more white card stock with a stamp that twirls I stamped with yellow, grey and black ink.
I trimmed it and applied it to the card then added strips of textured card stock to match.
With more of the textured card stock I die cut the cupcake using Paper Smooches “Mini Cup Cake”.
This card can be used for birthday, graduation or what ever!
A fun card Arlene - the tweens really aren't the easiest to design for are they!
