My idea of layering was accomplished with layering the letters 5 times and foam tape on the flowers!
The base card is white linen card stock .
The background was made with Tim Holtz sprays and cut with circular dies.
The flowers were cut from more background pieces using dies from Impression Obsession Tulips.
The sentiment was die cut from background and white card stock using a die from Spellbinders “Be Bold Color Block Happy Birthday” and layered on the card.
The small sentiment is stamped with Distress Oxide dusty concord using a stamp from My Favorite Things “Itty Bitty Gifting”.
Lots of layers there with the circles and flowers too, Arlene - a stunning card. Love the unusual colour combination - it's great
