We have been having so many of these March days all through the Winter!
The base card is white card stock with a black card stock panel.
On a water color panel I stamped the image of Penny Black “Winter Ledge” with Versamark ink and heat embossed it with black embossing powder.
I taped off parts of it and applied Distress inks.
Next I spritzed it with water and dabbed it off.
To finish I applied it to the card front and stamped the sentiment from Avery Elle “Simply Said : Love”.
