How great that I had just made a splattered background when I saw this challenge.
The base card is white card stock.
On the splattered blue and white background I stamped the sentiments from Taylored Expressions “Wish Big” using black ink and then die cut them with the coordinating dies.
On the card front I stamped the sentiment from the same set and applied the splattered sentiments with foam squares.
Such a serendipitous moment, and a stunning card as a result - love it Arlene
