I think I took this one TOO literally!
The base card is black card stock.
On a white card stock panel I applied Distress Oxide faded jeans with My Favorite Things “Mini Cloud Edges Stencil”.
Next I stamped the music with MFT “Musical Notes” stamp and the Distress Oxide ink.
With more black card stock and Impression Obsession “DIE174-W” I cut two of each sentiment, glued them together and onto the card front.
This is fabulous Arlene - love it, especially your interpretation of the challenge.

No, not too literally! I love it! Happy and cheerful, the recipient will love it! Thanks for playing with my challenge this week!
ReplyDeleteSometimes taking things literally can result in a really original take on the theme; love the cloudy background - this card really does have music in the air! Great job Arlene - thanks for playing along over at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Joanne, sometimes literal works fabulously - and I love this take on the challenge. Fabulous card
