galaxy…

The youngest is having a birthday soon so this challenge worked out perfect to get his card made.
The base card is white card stock with a panel of black card stock.
The background galaxy is made with Tim Holtz Distress Mica Sprays and white spray stain.
The sentiment was cut from black card stock with MFT Stamps “Happy Birthday” dies and glued to the card front.
The astronaut, Paper Smooches “Space Cadet”, was stamped with MFT Stamps black licorice ink, colored with Copic markers and die cut with the coordinating die before gluing it to the card front.

*At this point I have to show you what I am using to weight the pieces while they dry…
I found a set of ceramic, very heavy weight coasters at Tuesday Morning while shopping the after Christmas sales.
The whole set was $7.99 and works great!
