halloween water color…

The minute I saw this inspiration board I knew what stamp I was digging out of my stash.
The base card is black card stock with a layer of rust card stock.
On water color paper i stamped the image from Stampendous  “Pumpkin Fence” with Versafine onyx black ink, great for water color.
I used a bunch of Distress inks for my colors.
Once dry I attached it to the card front and stamped the sentiment (unknown comapny) with the same ink.
