Sunday Stamps Challenge #279
To start I would like to state that I have nothing to do with “Sunday Stamps”.
My AKA Sundaystamper is one I started over 25 years ago while I was teaching online on Sundays…when I stamp!
That was back in the day before videos online and I was teaching via print!
That’s right I posted my finished card and then through a form of messenger I taught the class.
That was fun!
The base card is white linen card stock.
I cut a bit smaller piece of white card stock and die cut it with a die from Sizzix Tim Holtz “Mixed Media #5.
I stamped it with a sentiment from MFT Stamps “Happy Hummingbirds” using Versafine onyx black ink.
Next I applied a LOT of foam tape to the back and applied it to the base card.
On another piece of white linen card stock I stamped the bird from the same set with Memento tuxedo black ink and colored it with Copic markers from the colors for the challenge.
This I cut out and foam taped to the card front.
This is exquisite Arlene - love the way you used the die cut for the flowers that the humming bird is feeding from - and to only have the wee bird coloured is so eye catching!!
