rainbow tinsel…


While using last years sales supplies I used toner sheets and Deco Foil to make the rainbow background for my card.
The base card is kraft card stock with a layer of white car stock.
Next the background layer.
To finish I used a die set from Tim Holtz “Festive Words” with white and kraft card stock, then foam taped it to the card front.
