2021 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop #8…

and

I have to tell the little story about this card.
Yesterday I went to the resale store that I have been collecting my stamp sets to donate.
After dropping off the bag I decided to check out what they had stocked new…big mistake!
Fifteen sets later I walked out of the store.
Lucky for me they were great prices!
On water color paper I stamped the image from Mama Elephant “Pix’s Favorites” with VersaFine black ink.
Using Arteza water color pencils I colored the image and water colored it, including the sky.
Next I used a Uni-ball Signo white gel pen, thanks to Sandy Allnock suggesting it, to apply the snow to the dry piece.
This I applied to a white linen card stock base card.
To that I stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant “Chance of Rain” with the VersaFine ink.

These were two of the fifteen sets I bought!
