If you could have seen what I had to do to make this card you would be amazed.
On white card stock, for the main piece, I stamped Tim Holtz “Glorious Bouquet “ using Archival black soot ink in my Tim Holtz stamping platform.
Next I colored the image with Distress paints cracked pistachio, barn door, mustard seed, seedless preserves and spun sugar.
Once thoroughly dry I placed the piece back in my stamping platform and stamped it again with the Archival ink.
Once dry I die cut the main piece with a die from MFT Die-namics “Hand Lettered Happy Birthday” an threw out half the pieces in the centers of the letters… AAARRRGGGGHHHH!
SO I spent the next hour digging through my garbage bin for the pieces.
Why? You may ask…because they matched up to the image!!!
Luckily I found them and on to the next part.
On a white card stock base card I applied black card stock.
To that I applied the main piece and then glued in each of the teeny tiny pieces!
All that hard work definitely paid off! This card is beautiful! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Addicted to Stamps and More!
