and
Though I love my hubby and sons very much I must admit that since my granddaughter was born she is now my favorite Valentine.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of red swirled patterned paper attached.
With a piece of white card stock I die cut it with a die from Paper Smooches “Border 1” set and trimmed the side to allow a gap when I taped them to the card front.
On anther piece of white card stock I stamped the image from Stampingbella’s “Tiny Townie Lacey has a Letter” using MFT extreme black hybrid ink the colored her with Copic markers.
(*Hint: If you are new to Copics as I am Stampingbella offers a great coloring advantage to buying your stamps through them.
You get 10 downloads for each image that has a Copic color list.)
After i colored it I trimmed her out with scissors and foam taped her to the card front.
The sentiment (unknown company) was stamped with the MFT ink to finish.
A fabulous card Arlene - love the way you formed the background, and that gorgeous image is so beautifully coloured too
