Even this little polar bear found a way to avoid the heat.
With a thought of grin and bear it, which is what I am trying to do.
I took inspiration from Toni’s card, though I adore her flaming heat more!
The card is white card stock that I stamped one of the bears from MFT Stamps “Bitty Bears” using StaxOn jet black ink.
I stamped another on a post it note and cut it out to mask the bear.
Using three more post it notes I made masks for the suns ray then using a make up brush I applied Distress mustard seed, wild honey and ripe persimmon.
I drew in the grin with a fine line black marker and colored the leaf with Chameleon OL3 pen.
To finish I stamped the verse from an old MFT Stamps set, wish I knew the name of it, using the StazOn ink.
Oh my, this is adorable! Perfect for the heat challenge - thanks for sharing at ATCAS!

Very clever take on the code word, Arlene! Beautiful coloring on the bear and I love the puny sentiment! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Addicted to CAS!
