Since I wasn’t sure that this card...
...would be considered monochromatic, printed in black first then added tones of blue, I decided on the black/grey palette.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
The main piece is Bugaboo Stamps “Greetings-It’ll Be Okay” image printed on white card stock and colored with Chameleon pens.
The Chameleon pens work great for monochromatic as they add blender to soften the ink tones.
What striking and heartfelt cards Arlene - love them both, but the blue colourway appeals the most. I think that would have been considered monochromatic as black is regarded as a neutral.
