The base card is black card stock with a layer of white card stock for the main piece.
On another piece of white card stock I die cut a large rain drop using MFT Die-namics “Color Drops STAX” then sponged the front of the main piece with Distress stormy weather ink.
To finish I stamped the verse from Paper Smooches “Spreading Sunshine” set with StazOn jet black ink.
