Just a note...

Why shouldn't we still send out a "note' to make people know we are thinking of them?
This is one such card with a base card of cream card stock.
The strip and circle are watercolor paper with Distress Oxides salty ocean, peeled paint and worn lipstick sponged to them and water spritzed on then blotted off.
Using my nesting circles I cut one circle of the prepared paper and one larger of black card stock.
The next was the strip of prepared paper cut with a strip of black card stock added before taping to the card.
To finish I stamped the verse from Paper Smooches "sentiment sampler" using StazOn jet black ink and then glued the circles to the card front.

I really like the random, watercolored look of the inks. Your card is versatile enough to be sent to any person of any age or gender! Thanks so much for sharing it with us at CC&S. :)

Beautiful use of the Distress Oxide I have just purchased some of these but haven't had the chance to play with them yet. I love the effect you have been able to create. Thanks for sharing with us at CC&S!
