Sew I have this friend...
...who called the other day to tell me about her trip to the doctor after sewing her finger instead onto the fabric and leaving the needle in for the doctor to remove.
When she called she was actually laughing.
(I figure the anesthetic hadn't worn off).
The following card is for her with a fat quarter of fabric to make her giggle!
The base card is white card stock, just folded in half as I needed the larger card to mail the fabric.
I applied a piece of fun patterned paper next.
On a piece of kraft card stock, using Adirondack ink and the band aid from paper Smooches "Healthy Vibes", I stamped the image and colored the heart with Prisma color pencil.
On another piece of white card stock that I cut into a strip I stamped the verse from Paper Smooches "Uplifters" set using Adirondack latte ink and glued it to the front of the card.
To finish I cut the band aid out using Paper Smooches "Healthy Vibes Icons" die and applied it to the strip with glue dots for dimension.
