A bit of sparkle...


The base card is white linen card stock.
The main piece is also white linen but I covered the whole piece with Twinkling H2Os.
Once it was dry I distressed the edges and layered it to the base card.
To finish the card I die cut three tulips using Paper Smooches "Dainty Flowers" die and more white linen.
