Wish upon a rainbow...

or in my case thank God for the beauty of the rain and sun that brings us the rainbow.

I think it's because we are so close to Easter that I made the pastel rainbow.
The base card is white card stock.
On a separate piece of white card stock I cut 3/4" strips of textured card stock and layered them in a rainbow pattern.
I taped this piece onto the front of the base card at the angle for the sketch and trimmed around the card.
To finish I stamped the "wish" from Stampin' Up's "small script" set (2006) using StazOn jet black ink.
