Wish you could see the gold...

that I used on this card.



I checked my email on this cold snowy day and found this great technique from...


I'm sure I have probably done this or something like it in the past, but that's the fun of getting older, I don't remember so it's new again!

I used watercolor paper, Distress forest moss ink and Daniel Smith metallic watercolor pale gold for the main card piece.
The base card is a watercolor "like" card stock that I placed a layer of black card stock on before adding the main piece.
The verse and flower are from MFT Die-namics grand peaceful wildflowers and the sending smile sets, using black card stock.
I glued them to the card front to finish the card.
