Back to this month's new technique...

...no line coloring!

I started with a white card stock base card.
The next layer is yellow and the next is blue which I scraped the edge for a distressed look.
I then did the new to me technique using white card stock and Design Spectracolor pencils with a Tim Holtz set that also had a stencil.
I used the stencil and sponge with Distress stormy sky ink for that watery look.
Before I taped all the pieces together I die cut the words (Tim Holtz celebration words by Sizzix) from the yellow piece.
I taped all the pieces and glued the words to the front.
