Well this may look like an odd take on the inspiration...

...but that's how I roll!

 

Inspired by All the Little Things Challenge... 

 

My brain saw the bird and the flower and that's where I went.

I started with a base card of light blue textured card stock

also cutting a strip for the final layer.

I cut a piece of white card stock to layer on the base card and then the fun cardinal patterned paper I found in my stash.

 I had some red textured card stock that I die cut the poinsettia using Sizzix Tim Holtz "Tattered Poinsettia" cuting a piece of white card stock for the center.

I layered the poinsettia on the strip using glue dots for dimension.

I cut out the "Joy" from Sizzix Tim Holtz "Holiday Words" script and glued it onto the card front.
