The winds are blowing, the leaves are falling and the cold air is coming...

All these things gave me the inspiration for the following card and challenges...

I started with a cream card stock base card.
I stamped the Impression Obsession pumpkin H1844 and verse B8182 in an unusual way.
Here is what the stamps actually look like...

But I only wanted the pumpkin and a few leaves and the verse in a line.
I pulled out my dark brown LePlume marker and colored in only the bits of the pumpkin stamp first and got that situated on the card front.
They I colored one word of the verse at a time and stamped it to the card front.
You must clean the stamp really well and dry it thoroughly before going to the next word.
Then I picked out the leaves and added them.
Once that was done I colored the leaves and pumpkin using my Derwent Inktense pencils.
I chose a piece of rust card stock that went well with the pumpkin's colors and ran it through my Bigkick with We R Memory Keepers quilted embossing folder.
Once it was trimmed as I liked it I glued it down.

Isn't it fun to use stamps in a whole new way???
