Two challenges that fit together...sort of...

I started with the "Less is More" Challenge of "turquoise & lilac" because I knew there was a card I wanted to glean from on the "Allsorts Challenge".

Here's the card I wanted to inspire me...

The "Allsorts Challenge" is to "re-run" one of the design teams ideas.
This one belongs to Brenda.

But...
the "Less is More" challenge is just that less!

So here is my solution...
and

The base card is off white card stock, layered with a piece of aqua card stock.
The main piece is another piece of off white card stock with the verse from Verve Stamps "Blue Skies" stamped in Distress ink "broken china".
In the upper left corner I applied a branch that I die cut from the aqua card stock using my Sizzix "Branch w/leaves".
I ran the lilac card stock through my Bigkick in a Sizzix embossing folder, then cut out three flowers with the smallest flower from my Sizzix flower set.
I attached the flowers and added lilac gems and that was it!
