This is my attempt at free hand water color…
The base card is white card stock with a layer of red card stock.
On water color paper I placed a strip of washi tape and then painted hearts with water colors and a brush.
Once dry I removed the washi tape and stamped the sentiment, Paper Smooches “Bosom Buddy”.
