This challenge had the option of snow so I went for it!
The base card is white linen card stock.
Using water color paper I smooshed Distress Oxide chipped sapphire ink onto one side of Sizzix 3D “Winter Snowflakes” embossing folder and ran it through my Vagabond.
With more white linen card stock and Simon Says Stamp “Cozy Wishes” dies I created the sentiment which I foam taped to the card front.
