This is one technique I haven’t used it a very long time.
The base card is red card stock with a black card stock layer.
On a white card stock main panel I stamped the image and sentiment from Sheena “From The Ashes”.
On red card stock I stamped the image again.
Using dies from Tim Holtz “Stacked Tiles, Hearts” with the stamped red card stock and some plain red card stock I cut the hearts and glued them to the card front.
