My neutral for this card was definitely brown so I could use the stump stamp.
The base card is green card stock with a layer of brown card stock.
The main panel is water color paper that I created the image using Tombow markers and the following Art Impression stamps:
WC Grass Line
WC Rustic Container Set
WC Flower Set 6
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Papertry Ink.
