The sweet little smiles on the bears in this image just called to me for the challenge…smile.
The base card is white card stock.
Using white water color paper I stamped the sentiment and image from Colorado Craft Company Anita Jeram “Snuggles”.
I then water colored the image with Distress water color pencils.
