My favorite Spring flowers are tulips!
I especially love the parrot ones with the rippled edges but I don’t have a stamp set like that.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
On the main white card stock panel I stamped the sentiment and tulips from Papertry Ink “Tulip Time” (2016) and Distress inks.
The dots were made with a Stamps By Judith “Stubby Dots” stamp from over 20 years ago!
