One layer card with easy stenciling!
The card is white card stock.
I stenciled one of the balloons from My Favorite Things “Big Balloons” with Distress ink cracklin’ campfire and drew the “rope” in with a fine line black marker.
To finish I stamped the sentiment from Technique Junkies “Genius & Crazy”.
