Recently a friend adopted a dog from her local rescue and I felt she could use a card to say how wonderful I think she is to do that.
The base card is white card stock with a strip of blue doggy track paper.
Using a very old set of sentiments from Posh Impressions I found a great congratulations and applied three Distress blue inks, huffed (remember that old technique???) then stamped on a strip of white card stock to match the sketch.
yes I remember huffing on stamps, in fact i did it yesterday... a striking card Arlene - love your use of the sentiment, and the occassion you have made the card for!
