This card uses die cut and stencil!
I used a stencil by Paper Smooches to draw onto water color paper with Derwent Inktense colored pencils then drew out the color with a water color brush.
While that Dried I cut a white card stock base card and a panel of black card stock.
From the black card stock panel I die cut the sentiment using a die from love Nicole.
I applied the layers and glued on the sentiment.
