Years ago my Dad would take me fishing in his boat explaining that the best fish were out father in the river.
The base card is white card stock with a strip of black card stock.
Using a strip of water colored paper I stamped it with an image from Picket Fence Studios “Vortex of Fish” using VersaFine onyx black ink.
I stamped the sentiment from the same set with the same ink.
A wonderful card for the challenge theme Arlene - love that vortex of fish! And the background you created for them is a wonderful colour
