Sometimes it can be just quick and simple but it gets the point across!
The base card is white card stock.
The red layer of card stock was cut with the Sunny Studio “Frilly Frames-Retro Petals”.
Next a strip of whte card stock then a smaller strip of black card stock with flag ends.
To finsih I die cut the background and sentiment from black and red card stock using Picket Fence Studio “Hey You Word Die” and foam taped it to the card as per the challenge.
