Okay so I cheated a little...
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
The background, awesome right?, is from a paper pad by American Crafts.
I stamped the sentiment from MFT “Happy You Day” using Memento tuxedo black ink.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the image from the set with the same ink and colored it with Copic markers but...
I stamped the image also on a piece of the paper from the same pad and trimmed out pieces to “color” the balloon, shoes, sweater and skirt and glued the pieces on.
This I cut out with scissors and foam taped to the front of the card.
AMAZING! Love the depth you achieved~
