Joyous sky was done with water color paper and Distress inks.
On the spritzed paper I applied Distress worn lipstick and wilted violet with a large watercolor brush.
The base card is purple card stock with a layer of gold metallic paper.
The dried water color paper was taped on.
Using a strip of gold metallic paper and two Martha Stewart punch I made the village and attached it to the front of the card.
Under that I glued a strip of purple card stock.
Using another piece of the purple card stock I die cut the sentiment with a die from Stampin’ Up’s “Wondrous Wreath” and glued it to the card front.
