making a splash...

Isn’t it great to make backgrounds ahead and use them for multiple cards?
The two strips along the side were made with white card stock stenciled using Stampers Anonymous splatters stencil with Distress inks salty ocean, mermaid lagoon and cracked pistachio.
I also die cut the fish, Paper Smooches fish dies, from the same piece.
This I applied to a teal card stock base card and die cut the two circle frames, Lifestyle Crafts nesting circles, and the sentiment, Impression Obsession Dies “DIE378-E”.
The fish were mounted with foam squares and the rest with glue.
